Fly Beauty: Eat Cute and Heathly via Bento Boxes

The New York Times just posted a story about how bento boxes or obentos as the Japanese calls them- are becoming increasingly popular as a new way to pack lunch in the United States.

For my fly girls on a diet, try swapping out the brown paper bag and use a bento box. Using a bento box will help with portion control, promote variety (think of all the different veggies you could put in the different slots), they’re cute and they make lunch fun!
