My excitement for Where the Wild Things Are continues with the release of the soundtrack. Since we still have two weeks left till this incredible looking film hits theaters, its great to have something to hold us over. Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs fronts the movie’s soundtrack from DGC/Interscope.

It’s whimsical and fun and it’s in stores now.

I can’t be the only one excited about the, Where the Wild Things Are movie? Where the Wild Things Are was one of my favorite books as a child, I even brought my niece a copy so she could share my joy of the book.

For the grown-up in me, I am in love with Opening Ceremony’s collaboration with, Where the Wild Things Are movie director, Spike Jonze. It’s fabulous faux fur and childhood memories beautifully crafted into wearable fashion.
