For the budget fly girl, Hard Candy cosmetics will launch a bargain line of their cosmetics at all Walmart stores for under ten bucks. The "it-girl" beauty line from back in the day is making a comeback and everyone can afford it. The revamped Hard Candy make-up line will include, nail polish, glittery liners, shimmery eye shadows, lipstick, glosses and more.
Hard Candy will hit Walmart the third week of September.
