B-more native Rye Rye is doing her thing, she is signed to M.I.A.'s record label N.E.E.T.(Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and she is slated to put Baltimore on the map. Her debut video, "Sunshine" is energizing and naturally features her fly mentor M.I.A.
